intec, 09 Dec 2021any problem with phone keep restarting? if your phone restarts a lot of times unexpectedly, its an issue after updating software. the phone will soon brick because update was written to a bad sector on ROM. backup your phone now before it bricks.

bought 1.5 yr ago. phone freeze sometimes. unexpected restarts, then one day stuck on boot screen, ofter some 2 3 days it does not even powerup. apparently an issue once you update it if the update was written to a bad sector on the ROM. do not buy this version.

I have this phone for almost 2 years. It's a good phone. I would still buy it. The only thing I don't like is when I stream music for a few hours. I have to run the ram cleaner. Because it will stop playing music if I don't. This phone would be better if it had 6 gigs of ram instead of4. Anyways I still like it. My next phone will be a Samsung galaxy 5g. I will buy it in the end of 2023 when the updates run out.

Anonymous, 10 Sep 2021yes it's happened to me now. After send to SAMSUNG center for reset and install new softw... moremine has been restarting and hanging since yesterday. .....its really heating up, cant switch it off and it aint switching on ....feel like throwing the stupid thing away!

When your phone's screen is off, fast charging takes effect and can heat your phone up more due to the increased charging speed (From what I tested). This is normal, but I usually don't always use fast charging unless I need to charge the device quickly because it's better for the battery to charge while at a cool room temperature and charging the battery slower helps increase longevity of the battery from what I read.

It has been 13 months since I bought this phone. The camera quality is ok for me as well as the battery. It doesn't heat up whenever I play games on it or even watch youtube for several hours. The main issue for me is the wifi. I have other samsung phones (j7 prime, a20 and a30) and this one is by far the weakest when it comes to its wifi connectivity. When I play mobile legends, the signal is always yellow and it always on 55ms or even 95ms. But when I use my data, its always smooth when playing. I have already used factory reset and also, I already upgraded it to android 11, but the wifi is still the same. IT'S STILL WEAK.
