I bought this phone in January 2020 only to find my phone get stuck in bootloop after March 2021 Security patch update. Apparently all A and M series devices will eventually face this issue because of the Exynos Chip where it will begin by randomly getting frozen or restarting and eventually it will become unusable. If you visit the service center they will simply recommend Motherboard replacement which would cost you INR 8-10K , there is no solution to this. You can see other users facing the same issue
Loner PM, 22 Jul 2021mine is not like that...My mom has that same problem with lag on every single phone she's had but that's because she downloads so many useless apps and also doesn't close out of background tasks are you completely closing apps once you're finished?
Bad phone ever....my s7 was better and faster...
Deceived of this phone for real...
Ados, 17 Jul 2021Brother, so there is no chance that the seller could have packed it like that, everything is l... moreWhat about the seal, Samsung packaging always has sealing that says Do not accept if seal is damaged. If your package doesn't come with seal like that or has sign that the seal is opened, it is not brand new in box, you may expect a secondary used devices or a warranty registered device.
I bought mine December 2020 with a huge discount from original price. I am 200% satisfied, great value for money. However, Samsung needs to ask opinions from Huawei users and other users and ask them what they're missing from those devices that aren't on Samsung. I will give an example. When connecting to bluetooth headset, on Samsung, there's an annoying pop up window about the devices you may want to connect into. There's nothing like that on Huawei. I use screenshot a lot, hell of a lot. In samsung, there's a useless "preview" of each screenshots that's taking a lot of time for me to take a new screenshot. Nothing like that on Huawei. I also miss the 2nd user (private user) on Huawei. It was like Windows where you can assign different accounts for different users. It's useful because sometimes I use my phone for live stream and I don't want people poking around my personal phone when I go to a restroom or something while it's being used. That's why on my Samsung Galaxy A51, I can't use it in live streaming or online meetings. I also miss the swiping left and right of pages on main screen in Huawei, you can loop unlike in Samsung once you reached the last page ot won't loop back. You have to manually go back. It's also super hard to eject micro sd slot on Samsung, so many steps before you find it. Those minor annoyance made me miss Huawei but other than that, Samsung is far superior. I really like the design, the user experience is butter smooth.

I've bought couple of used Samsung phones from local shops, they give you complete pack I mean all the accessories along with the box but at a much cheap price & if you go to sell your phone they'll ask for the box & all accessories so that they can resell it as second hand to others.
