My previous phone was a Samsung(S5) and I was very pleased with it. It became outdated and I decided to buy a new one. Bought the Samsung A52g and what a mistake it turned out to be. It's rubbish. Nothing good to say about it , have returned it. Please don't buy this phone.

Following your comment I'm not happy as I got the 6gb 128gb and wasn't informed of the 8gb 256gb or whether it was available.
This particular model- I have a few ideas what the S stands for. For instance, if you block a person, you don't have a spam file for sms like my previous model - a basic A20e- yes had it for a long time till the charging port screwed up.
So alternatively I tried to set a particular number to divert their incoming calls straight to voicemail. There isn't an option for this.
And I absolutely hate this Bixby thing.

Excellent phone for anyone looking for a midrange king.Totally worth it if you are buying it at good offer.There is no competition in this price range for A52s 5G.Amoled Display,120Hz,8 GB and 128GB Storage,4500 mAh Battery,One UI 4.1 and Android 12 and runs on SnapDragon 750g.This is a really good product from Samsung!!

Was moments away from returning the cell because of all the negative reports of the finger print scanner and screen protectors. Thought I would try one of the protectors from my wifes phone, and low and behold, the scanner works UNDER the screen protector. Protector is a little small for this phone about 3mm short on top and bottom. So will be getting the correct protector down the road. Sorry, but there is no brand name on this protector, it was a spare we bought 8 years ago from a China site. Not happy with Samsungs "Regional Locks" and exclusion of some apps (like ability to record phone calls) without a third party app.

It has similar issues as the A32 - it's freezing (not so often as the A32) and some apps are moving slow.

Good to go ahead in a price range of 25000.
I took it in May 2022@ 26k.( 8gb ram one).
Display is too good.camera also fine (.both sides ).
Overall phone is good.no issues.

Underdisplay fingerprint with optical sensor also a common or typical issue being slow/inaccurate at times. Though ultrasonic works better but still capacitive is supreme thats why I prefer Side Fingerprint Sensor instead. You cannot also put tempered glass on underdisplay fp unlike side fp.

I just received OTA for Android 12, OneUI 4.0 for my dual SIM A52 5G. Security patch is bumped to January 1, 2022. It's great update. You can already use the topmost area with the selfie camera hole and configure individual apps to ignore the hole for a truly immersive, edge to edge full screen experience with no space wasted!
