Hello A52 users, may i know based on your experience in using this phone with regards to "merge calls". I cant do merge calling with this phone. Does someone knows how to activate that or is there a function of merge call in this unit? Thank you for your comment.
Anonymous, 30 Nov 2021It is available in US, about to get one right now at TMobileAre you sure you got the A52s and not the A52? They're different phones.

Samsung doesn't even sell the A52s on their website, only the A52. Can I get a link to where you've found the A52s for sale in the US? I'd love to be proven wrong on this, but Samsung has a long record of releasing better value phones only in other markets so they don't cannibalize sales of their flagships.
tituskl, 30 Nov 2021Nope. The A52s is not available in the US market.Yes, it actually is. I just got one for my teenager today at T Mobile. Though, you can get one unlocked online as well. Idk why you'd think it's not here.

Anonymous, 26 Nov 2021It is available at Bestbuy. And has been for a while.Nope. The A52s is not available in the US market.
Could you try this?
Hit with your nail the frame (glossy part) both sides right an left, and then after up and down.
Do you feel like right and left sides of the frame are like kind of hollow sound, completely different to the up and down of the frame? It is like kind of micro slack in the frame in both sides left and right
I don't know if it is because of, as the mobile has IP certification, that glossy frame is just only a nice part and not the "real" frame that supports the IP certification
In the A32 the glossy frame seems to be the real frame that is the chasis of the phone

Considering upgrading to this now that my LG G7 is beginning to show its age. 3 years of guaranteed software support, microSD expansion, a headphone jack, a 120Hz AMOLED display... I can't really see any downside or better alternative that ticks all these boxes in this price range. I'd consider an older flagship, but I'm tired of buying secondhand mystery meat devices and they're usually approaching EOL and don't get many updates once in my ownership.
I'd consider the A52s 5G, but it's not available in the US market, and I'm not importing a phone only to not even be guaranteed it will support all the cell bands I need for good reception.
Can you seriously only get the 6gb ram 128gb rom model in the United States? $499 is absurd when you get get the a52s 8gb ram 256gb rom for less. Is that worth it for the loss of most 5G bands in the USA? Uhh, for me, YES! Samsung needs to price their phones better, lmao.

Even with Snapdragon 720G it isn't slow at all. Battery life is super long too. But have you noticed that the virtual promixity sensor doesn't work well. When I speak long it doesn't wake up when I remove it from my ear. Sometimes it works sometimes not. Did you face that? Reply me.
I've had this phone since launch.
The screen is just beautiful. Resolution is sharp, I can't see any pixels even if I try. Colors are really amazing to me, you can choose Vivid mode or Natural mode, once you get used to Vivid mode you can't go back cos it's so good. Brightness is quite high as well, easily usable even under direct sunlight. 120 Hz just brings the user experience to another level, and separates it from other A-series phones.
The performance is good for me. I don't have any lag at all. I know the processor is much weaker than similarly priced devices from Oppo, Xiaomi etc, however it's not a problem for me since I don't play any games.
The battery life is really good. I usually get 6-8 hours of use time. However, it takes 1.5+ hours to charge, kinda slow but not a big issue for me. Very disappointed Samsung didn't put 25W charger in the box, considering the high price of this device.
Also OneUI is simply great to use, I've had no bugs and there's lots of features and customizations.
No regrets, I just wish they put 25W charger in the box!

Thinks all iPhones are the best. That's called brand loyalty, and it's something Apple has developed over the years, and something LG completely lost.
WiFi6 keeps connectivity to AP, but does not see Internet. At the same time other devices connected to this AP are working fine. I noticed it only on WiFi6 APs. The newest firmware is there. I don't like it...

But now when I look at the specs of a phone, there is no point in seeing if the display is oled, 90hz, or has fast charging, because all that matters is software support (I'm not being sarcastic). What is the point of even looking at the spec sheet. Also, if you are looking for those stuff AND high refresh rate, then A52 has all that.
