Rish, 30 Apr 2018My A5 2016, shuts down all of sudden when there is enough batter left..25%-35%..sometimes more... moreProbably either your battery is dying or your battery setting in the device should be reset. In both cases, I advise you to visit a nearby authorized Samsung service center for help. Please don't try to do any fix by yourself. Regards.
My A5 2016, shuts down all of sudden when there is enough batter left..25%-35%..sometimes more. The problem is also that it has to be connected to a Power supply to restart..When I power it, the battery rises to 25-35% and then I can restart the phone and leave it on charge to use it. Please can anyone tell me whats wrong here and whats the solution??? Thanks in advance.
samsung should upgrade device samsung galaxy a5(2016) at least android N 7.1.1 or orio 8.o/8.1....and also add the feature s secure
A5 2016 launched 2 months after the release of marshmallow, but still the phone came with android lollipop and then was upgraded to 6.0 and 7.0 , as midranges get 2 major updates. upgrading to 6.0 doesn't count and this is what samsung does. ....this is 2018 samsung and this trick is not gonna work anymore or you ll start lossing customers.............i mean for the price i bought this phone i could have got oneplus 5 rightnow....
If they're not going to update our A5's to Oreo then at leat they should upgrade them to Nougat 7.1.1 or send us a little update to the latest Samsung experience.
Don't they want my next phone to be Samsung?
A phone running 32bit Android on a 64bit SoC. Still 32bit after two updates, the last being in 2017!!!! Amazing job, Sammy.
With this 240MB update, Phone seems more responsive and and flashy and no changes in android firmware.!
AnonD-558428, 06 Apr 2018yes you are right. all the scores around 350(single core) are of Android 8.1, but there is no ... moreNot necessarily an official build. So far, it's just S8 series, Note 8, and A5 2017 getting the update to 8.0.0. Next in line is the S7 series.
