Am running on Android 6.0.1 i cnt upgrade to 7.0 each time i try it keeps telling me the operating system on ur device has been modified in an unauthorised way.pls smone should help ooo.....

I use about 2 years its seem ok just make sure your phone storage not low n enough space then just uninstall that apps that you not use anymore.

My goodness, look how complicated and detailed these phones are. We are overdeveloped in Technology. I've just realised why. It's to stop us from talking and communicating with each other.....

nonyhaha, 31 Jul 2018VERY VERY VERY poor quality after about 6 months of usage. every 2 or 3 days I get a "no sim" ... moreUsing this phone since 2016, dropped it regularly (couple of times each month, twice yesterday) nothing is broken, everything works as good as new.
Try asking for a new sim card from our service provider, because it may not be fitted well enough.
If the problem persists, and you still have warranty on it, send it back for repairs. The pins that are reading the sim card may not be in contact with it due to some errors in the manufacturing process.
These things happen, that's why warranty exists.

I face only fingerprint issues but overall A5 is good phone i got update in regular period of time and also
phone works smoot and fast and camera quality is also
Good some issues seen in low light but overall camera has good quality

I am not facing any of the issues that you are stating. I am using the phone since October 2016, & I can say the experience is pretty nice. Its looks are awesome, still fast & fluid, camera quality is decent & fingerprint reader works good as well. Your phone may require a factory reset or you can claim a new handset under warranty. I am still loving my phone & not thinking to change it anytime soon.

VERY VERY VERY poor quality after about 6 months of usage. every 2 or 3 days I get a "no sim" error, with the Sim wiped EVERY time I get this. The phone sits in a case and I NEVER dropped. Fingerprint scanner is the worst I have EVER seen! I tried adding more fingerprints of the same finger but is simply will not work, maybe one in 20 it will unlock the first try!

I factory reseted the phone cause maybe an app could cause such a thing , but still no improvements ! :(
