Yes , big question will it get 7.0 Nougat ??? Any info? Maybe there will be a5 2017 model and for sure will get nougat but what about 2016 model?

software Engineer , 28 Aug 2016No 1 knows about that, and i think i cant see any chances because its a medrange phone.but the a5 first gen got marshmallow update...infact it has received 2 major software updates...it ws released in kitkat...later updated to lollipop and now marshmallow

Today is received OTA UPDATE in India which includes# Aug 2016 security patch with some minor bug improvement,but ram management is not good on this phone if you reboot 678 mb is free...Update Size 240mb.
