This happens due to o failed update, especially when rooted. Anyways, try flashing the software yourself if you're techie, or else Samsung Service Centre will do that for you.

Android 7 Nougat now available in Romania. After update, the phone is more responsive, looks better with new UI, the fingerprint is more eficient, 100% succes, in marshmallow the fingerprint had some bugs.

I purchased a second hand set at 10k I am very happy with the set specially considering I wanted to try samsung pay.However I find the display to be yellowish as compared to other handset like oppo etc.
same issues was with S7 edge.

I have my A5 16 about a year now and it still runs smooth . Once in a mounth i take out my sd card and sim and just leave it there for an hour or so. And i got a 360 °silicone full body shockproof slim soft rubber case that prevents scratches or so. And i think i am going to keep it for the next 2-3 years...before i gey another phone

No need to worry. The transparent plastic cover should be sealed completely to the phone box, it indicates the new condition.
