u, 31 Dec 2016Y does it get very hot when it charges?it's normal because of the fast charger...my advice is when your battery is on 30% then charge..by the way update your phone to marshmallow it will lower the heating problem

Finally I got my Jio SIM on my Aadhaar Card (AC). If you AC, your Jio will be activated in within few minutes. Anyway I fit it on my SIM 1 slot and everything is working fine now. Also I have got all the free Jio Apps which are very useful and practical. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with the Jio service for now.
So, if you have a On 7 Pro or A5 (2016) model, than you should go for a Jio SIM. Trust me you will not face any problem.

As for the problem honestly saying these smartphones are now a days like computers, with millions of app and billions of combination, anything can go wrong. Yes, I have a small issue of flickering when I set the brightness lowest, as for now I am escaping it by avoiding to set it lowest. But I firmly believe it is bug and not a hardware issue. Anyway I hope you are doing good with the new On 7 Pro.

It's totally waste of money. Please don't buy any Samsung phone. I am currently using Galaxy A5 2016 but don't have screen share and gyroscope feature.

Believe the screen overlay feature was creating an issue... I have installed Twilight app that manages screen brightness et al. For some reason any app that needs permissions to access storage, photos,... cannot be permitted unless screen overlay cross all apps has been disabled. When I did that, and then allowed Radio app all permissions, it started and allowed me to scan and setup. Now even when screen overlay is on for the Twilight app, it works!
This makes me infer "Screen Overlay" as the culprit!

Devikadevu, 03 Jan 2017yes. sim slot 1 and enabled Internet. but same result. mobile is from UAE. SM-A510FDIf you can make calls from that sim, then internet shouldn't be a problem.
Try deleting the apn settings and see if that helps.
If not, I would recommend going to a nearby Reliance Digital store that have a jio counter and rep to support with any issues.
