It's seems that samsung started roll out Nougat Update for A Series More things should be cleared in coming days
Good battery life, easy to use, BAD fingerprint sensor! It misses so much I now dont bother and just press the button! My old P9 Lite never missed, wish I'd stuck with it now!
I bought this phone two weeks ago and I must say that this is an excellent phone. In terms of battery life I can rate it 5 stars. The battery easily lasts 1.5 days in normal day to day usage. In slight usage it easily lasts for 2 days.. The super amoled screen is great and the colours are also good and easy to read on the screen. Tue 3GB RAM is great and there is almost no lag and easy to operate. The 1.9Ghz octa core processor is speedy enough and it can load we pages very quickly. The other cool feature is water resistant feature which protects the phone from accudential water splashes... I have used A5 2016, A5 2015, S4, S3, S2 plus and out of them this phone stands ahead of all of them. When it comes to camera, I can say that camera is good enough for decent, sharp snaps but that is not as good as the one we find in S8. Overall I am very much pleased with this phone and I can recommend this model for anybody who is interested to buy this particular model.

There are tons of complains that the A5 2017 has fix focus in its Front Camera. For which you can't take group selfies as everything gets blur after 20-40cm. I've read so many users saying they have to change their phn for this. Nd I, myself is not buying it for this reason. Any user can tell me about it? HELP NEEDED.
AnonD-562248, 25 Jul 2017Still no nougat WTF We paid 450 dollars Still no nougat on latest devices Shame 400 billion Co... moreNo bro. This one on you. Everyone knows Samsung is slow with software updates. You didn't do your research or homework about this device . And if you did your research or homework you know that this phone was released with Marshmallow but yet you bought anyway. Samsung thanks you for your purchase enjoy.
If we are strictly talking about the camera sensor, photo quality, contrast, colour, depth of field , HDR, noise (when zoomed in), more natural-looking photos, stabilisation if any (but only topped at 1080p HD) and decent low-light shots which would you guys choose: A5 2017 or iPhone 6S Plus?
Still no nougat WTF We paid 450 dollars Still no nougat on latest devices Shame 400 billion Company Where they are investing They almost releasing Software After 11 months Nougat launched 2016 September its Double shame for #shamesung
ototo, 24 Jul 2017Yes, it has two trays - first for SIM1, second for SIM2 plus micro sdxc card (at the same time).Thank you very much :)
After reading the reviews I still find the A5 2017 as a bit of an enigma and mystery. Excellent battery life, Great water resistance powers, weird but somewhat "loud enough" speakers, smoother/better Grace UX and that's about it i think. The camera is bland and lacking contrast/vibrancy (even the J5 2017 seem to be better in some way with people saying it has some kind of stabilisation in its camera) and the screen seem to hover around the cooler side though I heard you can control the contrast under Settings but does it really work? If these issues were not present then the A5 2017 would be a formidable mid-range. But what do you guys think? I'm thinking of getting one but these issues are off-putting.
