[deleted post]Updates are rolled out in waves, not all devices get the update at the same time. Spamming the Check for Update button won't do any help, since devices are selected randomly by IMEI/ Serial no.

So we just wait when it reaches certain % then unplug n plug it again come on we paid 450 usd is we happy to live with devices which stops charging,,,....? I purchased 4 Samsung smartphone evey time there is problems in devices... They only focus on flagships....

Just kidding though. But attitudes like this works well for my mom. Haha. Maybe you should try emailing Samsung? Or go to another service center? I assume your area have multiple samsung care centers available.

It's already 96% but it jumps back to 92% and stays there forever. My solution is to unplug the charger and plug it again after 30 seconds. After 10 minutes, the battery is already 100%.

but they said 3 mnths not completed so we can't take ur phn to service.
also they said if u upadte this urself the warrenty will expire i fought with them and record their video and told them i will upload on social media then they are ready to accept my phn. then while removing sim slot they broke my simslot and blames me for that.. what a pathetic samsung service never accpect from samsung

i m regreting and feeling very cry to bought this dev... moreMy phone was purchased last January 31. Everything is still perfect. Maybe your phone has a factory defect? IMO, Samsung should replace units behaving weirdly compared to other users. Other nougat users of this phone even received a better performance and battery life, while others don't see changes.
Also, I've noticed most employees on samsung retail stores aren't totally knowledgeable about the phone they are selling.
