uttam, 12 Jan 2015it is not better than huawei honor 6 Honor 6 is a high-end smartphone. The Galaxy A7 is a mid-range. Wise up dude. Don't compare this with Honor 6. Compare the Honor 6 with the S or Note series...
HTC, take note: this is how a metal unibody phone should look like: 6.3 mm, 141g, small bezels and no stupid screen buttons.
Now we wait for S6 to bring the killer specs and IP certification to blow M8 (and probably M9) with similar build out of the water...
Some stereo speakers would be nice though.
AnonD-351008, 12 Jan 2015i want ips screen.where is it samsung?pleseit has s-amoled screen, better than ips, get your facts straight
AnonD-351008, 12 Jan 2015i want ips screen.where is it samsung?pleseIPS is patented by LG Electronics, all phones with IPS displays have had their panels manufactured by LG. Samsung doesn't sell ANYTHING with IPS panels, because they have their own knockoff version of it: PLS (Samsung pls...).
It's cheaper and slightly poorer quality, and I don't think they're "there yet" as far as thinness goes (to fit a PLS panel into a phone). I'm happy that Samsung innovates in the AMOLED field though.
AnonD-351008, 12 Jan 2015i want ips screen.where is it samsung?pleseall super amoled screens are ips...
uttam, 12 Jan 2015it is not better than huawei honor 6 Why always comparing with chinese brand??? Go get mi4 or mi5 if you want chinese stuff
AnonD-351316, 12 Jan 2015poor pixel density, means poor display out, gives poor experience Still super amoled display keeps it running well... I have seen 720p super amoled display looking better than 1080p lcd displays like of mi3 or micromax phones
this must be FHD!
the display at this size must have at least 350 ppi!!!!
AnonD-171976, 12 Jan 20152gb ram is not enough nowadaysDepends on the resolution. For a 720p phone (apps have a small footprint) it's plenty enough. For 1080p it is little (you need 3GB) and for 2.5k it's *very* little (4Gigs is the best for that resolution). So yeah, this is a very balanced phone if you don't mind the low ppi.
