The S8 plus has much better build quality, wirelless charging and a better camera. On paper it looks like this one is better, but in reallity the image quality is worse. I compared the A50 with a Huawei P9 from 2016, and the P9 takes much better images. Also the A70 is plastic and it does not have any water resistance. A flagship from 2017 is better than a new midrange.

By stupid tall, do you mean A70 is too tall and also much narrower because of the screen aspect ratio.

Guys am planning n buying this phone, i own an s8+ but i was thinking that s8 will not get anymore updates with the time it will start lagging as well,I've been using it since the launch date, and A70 seems to be a great choice and am a samsung fan by the way, should i change to A70 which has a way better battery life, great performance, i also saw on YouTube that if you use the google pixel camera it takes better photos, i don't wanna spend too much money on a smartphone anymore because samsung is only giving us 2 updates for only 2 years rather is midrange or flagship, for me to waste $1000 nah I'll pass, so what you say guys is A70 a great choice?

If LCD screens are okay for you I would definitely recommend Mi Max 3 over the A70. Much better value for money.
A70 has this stupid tall aspect ratio and average speakers.

But I've been using samsung Ui for so long that It became the stock android to my eyes, So I'm buying this bad boy next month.

I prefer changing it because I always want more protection especially when this phone screen is amoled so replacing it if it breaks is very expensive. But it depends some people does not even use a screen protector

Although phone is good but following are shortcoming
Back panel plastic
Photo in normal light condition is not good.
Optical image stabilization is missing
fingerprint scanner is worst.
Charging time
Weight
Good things are:
Battery backup
Display
Face deduction is very fast.
Space available about 108 GB
Big screen size is good for text reading.

It have screen protector attached to the A70 in the box.
I just wanted to know what type the screen protector?
Is it plastic screen protector or tempered glass screen protector?
And should i change it or not?
