Pre install app.. why phone manufacturers are forcing us to get the app pf their choice..eu case is different.eu laws are not applicable in india. So ... why should i keep netflix facebook viz booking in my cell phone.
I left xiaomi because it gives you ads..can you justify... dont mind.. we paid money and manufacturers showing ads in pre installed file master/file apps

Samsung where is AI camera for brilliant photography. Where huawei and xiaomi are giving AI camera.
Its very pricy. No ois/eis, no stereo speaker, no AI camera, no gorilla glass protection....thats how Samsung sucks.

... moreFingerprint: 1 out of 10? I find that very hard to believe. You should add multiple fingerprint profiles from different angles (vertical, horizontal, 45 degree) to improve detection.
Face unlock: no comment there, you shouldn't be using that if you care about security.
RAM: 3GB out of 6GB used is 100% completely normal OS operation. That's not a concern.
Pre-install apps: must be regional thing, in EU there are very few preinstalled apps. And you can delete 90% of them. Remaining 10% of apps you can disable.
Radio: not sure about that, maybe your location. I didn't see any complains about radio before.

Why your specification says that is has 8GB RAM ? However it has 6GB RAM

Some... moreSome times app restrict the quality of a video due to available low data speed. So you cant purely blame the display.
For display check, play an external video full hd from internal storage or sd card...

Ram- out of 6 gb ram , phone with zero app run condition.. consune 3 gb
Pre-install app.. samsung and google want you to use lots of pre loaded apps e.g wego, viz,booking.com facebook,netflix,breifing google photos, drive, microsoft cloud etc. You cant delete them i dont like facebook but still it is in phone
Radio. Not upto the mark
