man you will enter options and battery and you will see there is a charging option you will enter and tick fast charging if it is ticked you will unplug the phone and turn it on again and enter the option and tick fast charging again and it will work .... but my advice is to turn off the fast charging option sooner the battery quality is lost hello

why samsung A70 charhing problem always ive already repairde twice ....si sad same problem changing charging pin always

Dont buy . My phone blackscreened once and then is currently blackscreened but I think blacked for good and have had battery issues

After 15 months into my contract....The cameras are all mostly fuzzy.....Phone locks at times so you cant open it either by thumb print or pin. You have to plug it in to the charger, then its fine. Incoming calls have never been great but now they completely cut out at times during the call, so you dont know if someone is there or speaking, its so annoying. Wifi is mostly ok but sometimes have to put data on or it just buffers. I was happy at first with but people say I cant hear you, are you moving about..Well it is a mobile phone.

I dont understand the negative comments. My phone had never issues with charging and battery life at all. For the price you get a decent phone but i would recommend the A71 because it updated some of the features and back cover is better

The Wifi in this phone is the worst ever
It takes long time to connect Wifi and sometimes it doesn't find it. So I have to restart it :(
My phone in new almost 6 month used and I want to through it away.

Not a good phone.
Mostly have issue with signal. I appear to be powered off to many people who call me. Revert back to 2G/3G is really bad.
The biggest problem is charging. after a few months it stopped charging by genuine charger. pushed it from back a few times, it started working. but again after few weeks same problem. got it repaired but fast charging was gone.

I've got to love this phone already and it sucks I won't be able to use this anymore. I have no issues when it comes to its features, and its big screen makes me comfortable when watching movies. It just the charging issues.
