Anonymous, 07 Sep 2023I have got software update yesterday. Any info about this?My opinion had to be security updates earlies these years. 2 security updates every 6 month. Cos is in section where have to be 2 updates in a year. But surprisingly till now there is no any information about that. If you really got update (which country?) then will be one of security update and i guess will be 2nd of the end of year if Samsung holds its plans of security updates.

G, 21 Mar 2021By far the worst most biggest piece of crap I've ever owned, do not purchase this phone, For price which cost this phone in 2019 was one of the best model, also one of the most sold model in all world. This is not crap, it's still good phone these days too. Of course there are new models which is better, but this one is good too.

I have been using this device since the first month of it's launch and it worked absouletly fine for 1 year , and after 1 year i am seeing the battery drain issue [ it's draining so fast that i had to keep the phone 5-6 times a day. ]

Very good model. I am use he 4 years all is good. I found one drawback with this model. Fingerprint works intermittently

After 4years and half use USB port problem and battery fast drain...but that expected...want to trade for Samsung S23 Ultra...but still using it after change a set of USB port and battery...

I am using this phone from past 4 years. No issues at all however the finger Print sensor is very bad from the 1st day and now little problem with Battery, It takes mpre time to charge and battery timing is less.

Not a single problem. I have 2 Sims installed it and I use it almost exclusively on wifi.
Even the battery is going strong from 6am to 11pm without needing charge. I charge it overnight.
From the day 1 I have been using tpu covers (cheap ones) and screen guard.
There is a very minor slowdown in phone. I hope to use it for another 2 years.

A phone just to do your job with it.
But very very bad quality regarding materials used. The phone was dropped for the second time from sofa height. Result,
the under screen cracked, but glass and foil without scratch, and i say this again, for the second time in four years of ownership (dropped by wife once, me second time).
Another friend got the same issue, and a saw some other reviews of users with cracked under screens. I will not repaire it once more, just reverted to my old previous Galaxy A7 2018 ( better calls quality and assembly quality) until I decide to get something new, but it will not be Samsung any more.

sachin, 04 May 2023same problem with me after update my phone screen get black and unable to use This is why xiaomi and other companies were cautious about rolling out more os updates. I updated my a50 it's more laggy..

sachin, 04 May 2023same problem with me after update my phone screen get black and unable to use pushing the back cover helps, at least temporarily for me, phone been dead for couple of days, took it to repair shop to change the usb port, the repair guy pushed the back and it started to charge a bit, can't be repaired, but I have managed to charge it by pushing the middle back, is at 85% as I type this, hopefully this lasts for a week like this until my new phone arrives (pixel 6 pro) hopefully that lasts longer than 4 years since I wasn't planning on upgrading
