Had J5 & J8 wifi and 4G worked flawlessly

Hi, after usage of A7 2017 and A7 2018, I was thinking that A70 will be an upgrade compared to them.
How wrong was that.
I had bought it from good shop and later at home start it.
Quality seems same as A7 2018 and lower than 2017, nevermind.
The surprise comes from Wi fi. Actually missing wi fi.
At home wi fi, A7 2017 has more than 15 Mbits/s, A7 2018 more than 25 Mbps and at same place A70 - 0.1 Mbps (WTF).
May be it was a problematic item but on the next day it was returned at shop.
Wi fi test is missing at GSM arena tests and the other review sites, so may be it should be included.
Hope this help someone.
Now I am waiting for Mi 9t pro, for which I was so reserved.
Will see.

Or at least a decent case to protect the screen. Unless youre willing to risk it, no matter how hard the glass is, its still a glass. And it will break or scratch.

Hi everyone, it is time for me to upgrade my contract. I South Africa our 3 main brands are Huawei, Samsung and iPhone. There is others to choose from as well. I need help. Looking at pricing and quality which is the better option. Huawei P30 lite, Samsung A70 or Nokia 7.2. I really want to give Nokia a chance, and really like the A70, but I have been on Hiawei now for 6 years and had no problems with any of my 3 previous devices. P8, P10 and PSmart. Thank you

Well, it is a very good phone and previously, it had not given me any issues since I got it.
However, yesterday, I woke up to find that the screen was blank, but the phone was still on because it was the alarm clock on it that woke me up.
There was no incidence. The phone never fell, never touched water, nothing.
I checked online and found that a few other users reported same issue. It was even referred to as the black screen of death.
I will take it to a Samsung service centre tomorrow to get it checked. Hopefully, it would be a minor issue.

Samsung A70 and A71 (upcoming) rocks. A51 is also not bad. Do not ever trust the useless chinese companies.
