Samsung Galaxy A70 - user opinions and reviews

I got 3 phones on my shortlist, this Samsung Galaxy A70, the Sony Xperia 10 Plus and the Motorola One Vision. Any thoughts or other options? I do not care about brand, just no iPhone.
Current phones: Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8.1
Just need (need, not want) bigger screen and other demands are: nano-sim,bluetooth, any camera with any kind of flash, 64Gb or more storage, memorycard slot and I like to play games on it like CoD.

floepke, 16 Oct 2019very nice phone the only negative thing he's to big. funny.. nokia build this 6.7screen for people who love bigger and wider screens.. if you dont like big screen then why choose this as your phone.. it is very hard to comprehend :)

Battery life is okay for a Samsung phone. The camera is great, but i also use Google camera (Gcam 6.2). This phone is great.

Hey guys, I just tried to use the built in video editor, I lowered a 4K mp4 video (2.9GB) to 1080p and after the process the final result is a (4.3GB) 1080p mp4 file, How is this even possible??

floepke, 16 Oct 2019very nice phone the only negative thing he's to big. I have it, at first I thought it would be too big but thanks to the one UI its preaty nice, operating it also with one hand is nice.

Sam799, 15 Oct 2019True. Samsung should give regular updates for the A70 as well. Afterall this is a really good phone.Can't complain about the price either but I think updates for this phone will roll out later since it was released after A50

Hello! Just wondering if it was worth to buy this phone, I have the S7 and I'm planning to get this phone because of it's price, S10, S10+ and Note 10 and 10+ I know they are good phones but they are so expensive and this phone basically has all I need for a cheaper price. So, any good, positive comments are welcome.

Not that this camera is that bad but if you are used to an s8 plus you are better off saving your money so that you can buy an S9 or above instead of buying a70 unless your s8 has become permanently damaged

Let me explain about my opinion
This phone is a direct successor to the A7 2018. So it is equivalent to what the A7 2018 was back in 2018 and how it was with the A7 2017 in 2017 (same class)
Samsung had always had cost cutting measures in the A series to keep it from exceeding the S line. So despite the 32mp and the 25w charging , this phone lacks the other very nice features of the S9 or even the S8+ such as a glass , metal build, snapdragon 8 series, UFS 2.1 (a70 2.0), 1440p, edge display, software update periods, nfc, ip68 etc. The s8 plus is a 2017 flagship so why would you upgrade (still an upgrade) to a 2019 midranger

I received it on 14-th of October at 5:05 AM. On Software Update, you should click Download and Install if the Auto update is off. I have turned off the automatic update even on Google Play.
