Camera... moreNah, camera ain't the worst & you can't compare it with the flagships for sure but it does the job (being a midranger) quite well. As far as the alarm thing is concerned I've no issues at all, I wake up really early in the morning & since 3 weeks this phone is waking me up without any hassles and lastly I'm not a Huawei fan so I can't compare the A70 with that highly respected phone globally.

Worst mid-range device!!! The only good thing about it is it's batery size and display. Camera is terrible compared to other mid-range devices like Huawei which is far more superior in every aspect. I bought A70 when it came out ( big mistake ) and all I can say is I'm very disappointed, it's not that fast considering specs, camera is bad, and it has some serious glitches, for instance alarm not setting off ( happened twice already ) which is serious problem if you are relying on it to wake you up and go to job... All in all, not satisfied....
And one more thing, don't putt under display fingerprint reader if it's not going to work...

With this new update patch in 7 july, the perform absolutely good, about camera, battery n finger print, but i think the charge need extra effort for the port, i have to check every time to make sure that the charging is work fine

Moid Ahmed , 17 Sep 2019Worst fingerprint Ever used, cameras are not so good, selfie camera is not sharp enough.Fingerprint works absolutely fine for me as far as cameras are concerned they're quite good of course you're not gonna get flagship level pics but they aren't worse either.

Samsung A70 rocks.
The front camera does not have autofocus like the S8, S9 series. So the clarity will be worse.

Been using this phone for 2 weeks now. So far so good. Battery life is good. Screen is superb. Camera is OK, not top notch but acceptable. Speaker average but you can use your earphones to get better sound. Calls are clear. Do not drop it on water, this is not an IP68 water resistant phone. With this price...well what can you ask for more.

Huawei always suck because there is no sAMOLED display and option for SIM 1 and SIM 2 seperately to change to 2G (GSM) / 3G (WCDMA) / 4G (LTE) mode. Samsung always rock. You can use 4G only network mode app in the playstore to make Samsung phones to stick only to the 4G network.

Wish the call recording would work.
I don't have it in my phone settings.
It was one the main reasons i brought the A70.
my Samsung Galaxy A70 SM-A7050 doesn't have call recordings.
I don't like the android apps for video recording.

It happens also in my older device ... moreDoes the call recording feature work? When making calls and receiving them. Can you try see if you have it.
