May be Samsung purposely making this while line on the display issue for us to change the mobile after a period of 2 years or so..

So... moreI just saw a thin white line in the centre of the Screen weeks after the June security patch. Could this be a sign Samsumg wants to finally Make people shift to newer models. It's very disappointing if this is not rectified as quickly as possible bcos I love this phone so much. I hope to keep it for another year pls Samsung

Am seeing a thin White line at the center of the screen wjust 2 weeks after the June Update. Could this be a sign Samsung wants to make people move to new models . I hope they correct this Screen issue with an update in the last quarter

My phone has started having this behavior of suddenly being unable to hear the other caller, or the other caller failing to hear me. It makes me have to restart my phone and then after all seems well. I could talk with people like normal, but then suddenly,it could take hours or a day or 2 and the problem reoccurs, and I have to restart the phone.
I also noted that sometimes I attach earphones to play videos or music, but instead the sound comes out from the speakers instead, and that prompts me to restart the phone in order to set it back to normal. Has anyone here had this experience, and what was the solution if it was resolved? It's damn frustrating!

TheRockfordfiles, 02 Jul 2023If your phone can barely last a day on standby, and not being used, then your battery is dying... moreusing 4500mah on such big screen 6.7" is a major downside of this phone ..I also notice I can't charge mine using a Power bank anymore.But it charges superfast with the 25watts dedicated charger. I guess my battery needs replacement

Even without using mobile 3 to 4% drain in every ho... moreIf your phone can barely last a day on standby, and not being used, then your battery is dying, after 3 years, a 4500 mah battery will eventually show it's age. It's time to get a new battery, otherwise you'll have to charge the phone twice a day. This phone battery is too little for a huge display like that. My old galaxy a31 with it's smaller 6"4 Super AMOLED panel and 5000 mAh battery has a very good standby time, it's a bit heavy due to the massive battery. I'm pretty much sure that the Galaxy a71 can accommodate a 5000 mAh battery

After 2 or 3 years of having this phone I haven't seen a major problem yet. Only apps crashing sometimes but that's about it

Imam, 13 May 2023My Galaxy A71 display has 7 vertical lines. Anyone facing this problem? Got one vertical line in the center of the display today. so sad😭
Is so sad my beloved galaxy a71 fell inside water and that was the end. I sent it to samsung customer care and I was told both the board and the battery is spoiled.
Now I have gone for galaxy quantum 2 (a82 5g) and it's also nice like the a71.
