If you still can't find it, go to setting (hopefully you know the mechanical gear logo apps is the setting...lol) tap the magnifying glass logo to search, type radio, then you can also see Radio...

I have a new Samsung Galaxy A71. I can't find any FM Radio app pre-installed on it. Nor can I find a Samsung FM Radio app on Google Play, to download and install. How do I use the FM Radio without any app??

Galaxy store updates or Android secu... moreOkay, it was the Android security update I got.. the Galaxy store has already been updated. This new update is for Device stability improvements, bug fixes, New and enhanced features and Further improvements to performance. I have already done the update and everything appears fine. I'm rocking the phone its so massive.

Galaxy store updates or Android security updates? So far, I've had two android security updates for my A71 and none have caused problems. Galaxy store app updates and Google Play store updates usually don't create phone problems as they are app related, not like major android software or quarterly security updates.

If it doesn't solve your battery issues, remove micro sd card and restart phone. If still the same, factory reset phone and update software and all apps. Don't install micro sd card yet. Observe. If still battery draining rapidly after factory reset and without micro sd card (fake cards/corrupted cards can cause battery issues), have your A71 replaced or repaired if under warranty or ask for a refund. The A71 has great battery life but when it drains fast, it's usually caused by a misbehaving app which can normally be corrected by restarting/rebooting. Otherwise, if even a factory reset doesn't solve it, it's a hardware issue and you need to claim warranty for it.

With half day light use like Twitter and web browsing, the battery drops to 50%. What should I do? I have to charge it daily for very light use and extreme battery saving measures in play.

I'm a battery freak and the reason I bought this A71 is because of good battery reviews. Sadly, it's 4th day since I bought this phone and I'm very much disappointed. My old J7 2016 performs better than this phone after 4 years of usage.
Before you advise me about battery saving measures let me clear it that I have done the following things from the day I got the phone;
> Screen Brightness to 5% all the time.
> Dark mode on from day 1.
> Black solid color Amoled Wallpaper from day 1.
> No location, GPS use.
> Not a gamer at all.
> Always-on display off from day 1.
> Bixby disabled from day 1.
> Animations disabled.
> Not opting to vivid mode because I thought it might consume battery.
> No issue of poor signals on cellular service.
> Battery saving mode on.
I charged my phone to 100% last night and before I sleep I optimized the phone and there was no app running in the background and I even turned off the wifi with Brightness lowered to 5%. I woke up after 5 hours and saw my battery at 96%. The stats show no background app or screen on time but still this battery drop. Why is it happening?
This is about last night. My phone got stuck at 98% and it was there for 25 mins. I plugged out and plugged in again it jumped to 100%.
Phone is amazing but I'm seriously disappointed by the battery life of this phone. I'm not a heavy user. I only use Twitter, Samsung Notes, Chrome to browse and some audios already present in my phone memory.
Somebody help me with this battery issue.

Second order of brand new Samsung Galaxy A71 I'm making that still came with only the phone, charger, a manual leaflet and an ejection pin. I'm guessing that's how it is sold in Canada and maybe the specs sent to the Canadian market does not come with any accessory. Anyone here in Canada received a brand new Samsung Galaxy A71 with complete accessories?

And the chipset I fo... moreYou bought a fake A71 with Snapdragon 675 instead of Snapdragon 730, probably there recycle the A70 into a A71 shell, you better return the phone to the shop you buy from, fill a complaints to Samsung HQ in your country...lol
Then again probably you yourself a lousy apps which show error information,

Hello guys, I used phone INFO app to check my Samsung Galaxy A71 chipset. And the chipset I found was SM6150 (64bit). Is this correct? Because of all the adverts I've seen concerning Samsung Galaxy A71 the chipset they always mention is SM 730. Please can anyone clarify this
