md anowar, 29 Jul 2022Believe me some time ago I bought Samsung A73 5g from dubai but believe me discussed its batte... moresince your A73 5G was bought in Dubai i do wonder if it was genuine Samsung, they make very great Samsung replicas which are 99% like the original from outside, otherwise to be honest, i own A71 two years now, but there's no way to be same like A73 which have Snapdragon 778 vs 730

Believe me some time ago I bought Samsung A73 5g from dubai but believe me discussed its battery training topic here in comment section didn't get any solution and camera section is not good so again I returned my reset samsung A71 believe me no difference good Getting battery backup, same as new model A73. I sold A73 at a loss.

I was sold this phone as 5G and only realised a few years later that it isnt ! Having said that I have had no issues with it and it works fine but dont expect 5G speeds

Mine had the same issue for almost 2 months. Looks like moisture or water entered the charging port.
I waited before taking to a technician. Mine has dried up and fortunately the rust is finished.
Charge the phone while it is off. Then while charging it boot up the phone and check.

Muntax, 24 Jun 2022Facing exact same problem and some said that this will be fixed on the upcoming update but not... moreWhat are there is to fix in future updates? Not that all the A71 has issue after the update, for example my A71 has no issue at all, it worked perfectly.
If it really due to the update then everyone would have the same issue, this could only mean the issue are with you unit, probably a few more isolated case.

Merijat, 18 Jun 2022I have the same problem. I would like to know if there is a solution.Facing exact same problem and some said that this will be fixed on the upcoming update but not quite sure. I got the phone serviced but still not fixed the problem.
