My phones fast charging option not working its taking above 2hours ,its take time same in normal charging option

Narendra , 18 May 2021How much time taking for fully charging, my phone taking above 2 hoursalmost 2 hours from 9% or 1:56 exactly, phone said that, no fast charge
and 1 hour and 15 minutes from 3% with the original 25W charger, with fast charge turned on

After i had my last sw update, the phone started to lose network all day and during even the calls
Did any body faced this problem or knows how to fix it?

Anonymous, 03 May 2021Yes, i agree!Great phone! Just that the earpiece and mouthpiece stops working at times. When I receive a call, the caller wouldn't hear what I say, and I won't hear anything either; unless I put it on speaker. It resolves after phone restart, but reoccurs after a while. It is quite annoying!

I'm using this phone for about a year now. The performance was really nice for few months. Now I'm facing a slow down in it's performance. So I'm thinking to sell it. When I bought this phone, the price was around 1750 SR. But now the Samsung Galaxy A71 Price in KSA is just 1300 SR : https://www.xcite.com.sa/samsung-galaxy-a71-128gb-phone-black.html
There is a considerable price drop for this model.

You mean you buy yours phone in November 2019 which is 3 months before the phone start selling... lol

sam, 07 May 2021My phone works fine but its speakers. sound gets distorted in highest volume playback and day ... moreIt's one of the software bugs of the A71, just like the battery charging bug (A71 stops charging) and the flickering display bug (you get weird colors when phone's 'eye comfort shield' or blue light fiter is on, and you adjust the dpi (minimum width) in developer settings. Just reboot your phone and these bugs will resolve.
