I was told there would be a patch for it in August but I wouldn't cou... moremy wife and i went from s-8's that worked great and we change to a71's and gain problems we did'nt hav with the s-8's. constantly have to restart the phone to get them to send text messages and i listen to pandora in my and it will just quit and i restart again. when calling someone it takes the a minute before it will actually initiate the call. not at all happy with these 2 pieces. beware!

I think Samsung went far too far and put too many apps on the phone, this cause some issues with battery consumption. It's practically drinking the battery like it was oxygen for life. The battery goes down in matters of minutes. 10 minutes conversation it went 2% down and then in the next 10 minutes it went 6% down...
And that's after I stopped more than applications from Samsung. Sorry I'm not excited from this phone 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
Practically they're trying to push too many apps on the phone trying to penetrate our life and get control on us 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Mart, 21 Mar 2021After updating to Android 11 videos received on WhatsApp are becoming blank and cannot be open... moreMy doesn't have this issue, your issue has nothing to do with the update, is your phone issue,try reboot your phone or else backup & factory reset, uninstall WhatsApp & reinstall.

I think samsung is too slow when it comes to rolling android 11 to A71, middle East and Africa are not getting it yet, hopefully we get it in April.

After updating to Android 11 videos received on WhatsApp are becoming blank and cannot be opened if you delete WhatsApp messages. It never used to be like this. The videos always remained in storage.
