Samsung Galaxy A71 is a good phone but it could have been better. It has only snapdragon 730 & plastic back & plastic frame. Samsung is demanding too high price for this plastic phone! The battery backup could be better also. Even when I don't touch my galaxy A71 for two days, the battery percentage gets down upto 16%!!

Anonymous, 16 Nov 20205G version is not worth it and way less popularIt is not because 5G version been less popular, but 5G only available in limited market.
So far only handful of countries are 5G ready.

Bought the awesome phone, just the frame should be metal/steel then it'll true flagship killer. :-)

And flash the stock firmware with Odin
Download the stock firmware that's exact to your model, CSC
If that doesn't work do more research. There's always a way

Usually people flash their phone when no more official updates available.
Probably you need to manually flash back to One UI 2.5 by yourself, try looking for guide in Samobile or YouTube, not a simple task if you don't have experience doing so.

Heard there is a lot of issue with India made A71 compared to Vietnam made A71, try reboot your phone, if it doesn't work then bring it to Samsung service centre, probably there's problem with your screen.

I am 6 month Galaxy 71 user . Few month i have getting a problem.
When i click a photo by my camera flash on then it getting reddish shade. Day and night always same. I think it occurred for updating. Now what i have to do plz.

I got this phone in Pakistan. I'm getting all the camera features here in Pakistan. has been fed up with this.
I'm surprised about this, they have made a phone under the model A71 which doesn't have all the mentioned features as above

Has anyone encountered your a71 system was down because it says that the system was flashed with unauthorized software? I sent it over to the samsung center and they can not reprogram it. Their advice is to change the main board but it costs half of the price of the phone. Is there any way to put it back to normal without changing tha main board? Or should I just follw their advice? Any suggestion please.

Labrador10, 11 Nov 2020I cannot upgrade software. stuck on OneUI 2.0. Any help?You can manually check for updates or just wait for the OTA update for your region. It probably hasn't arrived yet for your A71 variant.
