Please does anyone know why my call recorder will play the starting of the recording and then go silent without producing any sound. This never happened in my "Galaxy A5" so I don't know what is wrong.

something i found after buying this phone...
it doesn't have 60 fps recording!!!
on 720p and 1080 and 4k it's all 30fps only.
i am on the latest update and there still is no 60 fps.
it's such a shame because the slowmotion mode can record in high fps but not the main recorder.
why does this site say it can while it can't...
i feel tricked... hopefully they make an update for that... though i doubt it.
even the a70 has 60fps...

K... moreNo issue with battery drainage after latest One UI 2.5 update, never bothered to count the % drop each hour, i doubt many people actually calculate that unless there don't need do anything every day...hahaha

Also cleared your cache.

best phone... i hope they will released the 3 major OS update for Samsung A71 Android 11, Android 12, Android 13 as soon as possible.

Anonymous, 28 Oct 2020ok but when i bought this on my country the Philippines its an exynos chipset......i checked o... morethere's absolutely no way A71 to have Exynos chipset anywhere on the world, on the contrary in Philippines and in other Asia countries should have the more powerful Snapdragon 730G chipset, instead of the regular Snapdragon 730, i bet you're confused and probably thinking on A51 instead

ok but when i bought this on my country the Philippines its an exynos chipset......i checked on at least 4 branches its all on exynos chipset, i had to bring the phone back 2 days after i bought it, instead i bought a huawei nova 7 and still enjoying its performance even without google.

But I am confuse between samsung galaxy note 10 lite and Samsung Ga... moreNote 10 lite use Exynos if you're okay with it, then i think is better choice, selfie camera's is almost same just with not so little difference A71 can't record 4K selfie clip, but the Note 10 can. And cpu the Note 10 lite is more powerful, overall i think Note 10 lite it's the better one

A51 have 6.5''.. and A51 is just 0.5 cm smaller.. does that 0.5 really bugs you ? My mate at work have A51 and i own A71, the difference is almost not noticeable.. but there's someone like you to complain about something lol

If a factory reset doesn't solve your problem, have your A71 replaced - assuming you bought it brand new from an authorized Samsung seller. If not, you're out of luck and you'll only have yourself to blame.

Mar, 26 Oct 2020Hey is it just me or is the AUX output weak on the A71? My work fine, though i seldom connect my phone thru AUX, i only try out few times for the sake of testing to see it works, so far no issue, like i said not frequently.
