I bought this phone exactly one year ago and I&... moreI haven't been able to use my A72 for at least 2 months now because of the touchscreen problem. I restart it every single time it happens but the screen would only work for about an hour max then it will freeze again. I don't know if it's a technical or a system problem. It is so frustrating and I just bought it a year ago as well.

A72 telephoto camera is disabled via software patch ( in android 12 ) last year. Zoom from 1x to 10x is captured by main camera and zoom from 10x to 30x captured by telephoto camera.
Totaly useless combination and phone downgrade.

This is the "One year after" Review. I bought this phone exactly one year ago and I'm going to say all the good and the bad that I have experienced.
Pros:
-Gaming experience is great
-Picture and video quality on the back cameras are exceptional
-5000MAH battery can last for about 5-6 hours of use. (Gaming, watching youtube videos, call, texting, etc)
-Have never had overheating issues like I've read in some of the posts here
Cons:
-Picture and video quality on the front camera is abysmal or at least as a 2021 phone
-Sometimes on bad days, I experience laggy user interface.
-Sometimes, I can't connect to my WIFI. I had to restart the phone every time it happens
-Sometimes I face cellular network issues and sometimes, my phone is not getting the proper signal or the mobile data network is not working, or I even see fluctuations on the phone network. Really bad
-I also have experienced the touchscreen is not working. I had to restart the phone every time it happens
Well, over all. Even though that there are more cons than pros, or at least in my experience with this phone, I can still say that this is a solid phone to buy.

W... moreInstall the app called AMPERE and enable the pro version.
Fast charging is not good for the battery.
I charge my Samsung A9 pro (3rd phone) at 200 mAh for 26 hours or at 500 mAh for 12 hours.
I charge my S20 FE 5G at 700 mAh (when idle) for 7 to 8 hours.
I charge my A52s 5G at 300 mAh for 16 to 17 hours or at 600 mAh for 8 to 8.5 hours.
I charge my Samsung Note 4 at 200 mAh (16 hours) to 500 mAh (7 to 8 hours).
So if I need to put for charge full night (15 to 98%), I will use the slowest charging method and cable to charge my phones.

Anonymous, 15 Nov 2022How you fixed that problem. I think I have the same charging port problem It's a system problem, the subboard and/or flex cable have to be replaced or at least the official Samsung dealer in my country unofficially says so. It has various symptoms, the phone gets stuck in airplane mode, refuses to charge, detects moisture in the charging port, low temperature, touch freezes, etc. The funny thing is this started happening after switching to Android 12. Anyway, avoid this phone.
