Hi guys, does anyone who has a7100 version facing any fullscreen ads pop up issue? It appears randomly like when u just unlock phone or using whatsapp.
also, is a7100 the only model that comes with preinstalled virus/malware file named snowfoxcr? I noticed that none of u facing this issue.

this model doesn't wake you up by Alarm when it's power off?... I have also few sms sent by friends which are not recevived it... just "lost in space". Did I miss some settings or is a malfunction of device?!

I had it back in oct but within 2 months using after its wifi signal completely stopped working and i went for a repair service as i had on warrenty card they told me to come back after 5 days but it hold me upto freaking 1 month and i had to argue for replacement at last. So it means that samsung have not fixed their customer help as their priority. It was so dissopinting....
Had a pathetic experience with Samsung A7 . The phone which was not even 2 weeks old developed a colour patch on the screen display . When contacted the service centre , we were told that it was due to some external pressure as there was no signs of physical damage and not covered under warranty , hence were asked to change the screen display . We had no option but to agree .Within 2 days we were told that the company does not have a replacement screen display and the company took a decision of refund with deduction of screen display without consultation with us . This is the worst experience with Samsung till date. will not recommend Samsung A7 to anyone as a high priced phone like this does not have spare parts and the customer is compelled to take a refund with deduction.Pathetic service .
