Buy on November 2018. Now November 2020 and still use it... i am type of heavy duty person.. got drop this phone many time and got some crack on screen. But still can be used. This Samsung A7 is good compare to other china phone....

many people complaining about battery life. well, i bought this phone somewhere in january 2019. now it is 2020 november and it is almost 2 years old. wear and tear, to me the battery life is acceptable. good job samsung you update the phone to android 10. last time i used a7 2014 but at that time samsung only give only 1 major update, keep up the good work samsung, give us continous os update than we will stay with your brand.

Been using this phones since Jan 2019. No problems whatsoever. Can do split screen tasks with almost no problem at all at 70% CPU limited.
Best and worst thing about this phone is the battery. It charges slowly, but battery can last up to 10 hours just by watching YouTube videos.
Not sure about gaming. It will definitely lag trying to play Asphalt 8 or 9.

Many people have commented on the poor charging performance and battery drain. I had the same issue, and when we used the charger of a Nokia phone, it was charging sooner, and battery too was lasting longer. I don't play games, use the phone for calls (WhatsApp, DUO, IMO, Zoom, Google Meet), surfing the internet and YouTube primarily. Now we've been using the Nokia phone's charger and the battery charging and drain issue is no more. The phone's performance has always been great from the start (from a non-gamer's perspective).

Been using this phone for about a week. I'm impressed. Battery life is good. Resolution is near perfect. Both front back cameras are good. Video play backs are the only weak attribute here . Not that crispy. Overall 8 out 10.

Cheapest and nothing more I could demand.

I had this phone from October 2018 to August 2020. I liked this phone but the battery is not fast charging, it will take me AT LEAST 4 HOURS to charge to a 100%. The rear camera was just okay, takes good night photos but everything else was just MEH. Selfie cam is okay tho. I also hate that it only has 4 GB ram, it lags when I'm playing even the least demanding game. The display is not very good too, whenever there's a scene in a movie that is dark, my eyes strain just to see what's happening even if I turn the brightness up. I am a Samsung fan but I was disappointed with this one.

The phone is good overall, the only downside is the battery. After some time it started draining quickly. The charger is very slow, sometimes it charges for 4+ hours.

This is a great phone, however it is completely useless for the most demanding games. It manages Arena of Valor great but Dead by Daylight is basically unplayable.

lunaa, 05 Aug 2020what will happen when the phone suddenly shotdown and its doesnt want to open? what im gonna d... moreI've had an a7 2018 from april 2019 and it is still working well.I keep the phone cpu at 70%power rate,i charge the battery only from 40%to80%,when i use wi-fi i turn mobile date off and when i use mobile date i turn wi-fi off.
Android 10 is way better than 8 or 9.
