I have facing a big problem in updating my a8 in Upper version. Now it's running in 5.1.1.
Samsung has designed it for upper version. I have received for new update then I have tried it four times but finally says updating failed..? What's wrong? Anybody has an idea of this problem?? Please help me.

I am also facing the same problem.After updating to Marshmallow,the phone getting hanged and switfched off.

My Samsung A8 device can't read in my PC (Windows 10) using the cable. Does anyone experience it too?

I am using galaxy A8 for last 5 months and there has not been any maj issue till four days back when there was a notification for software update and after responding in affirmation withit the phone has started behaving in a wonky manner. It has started getting overheated to this extent that at times it is ddifficult to even hold the fone. And the prob persist even when it is not being charged. Any valuable suggestions or remedial solution for this problem

Ck, 21 Aug 2016I am also having same issue related to fingerprint. Sometime video get stuck in mxplayer/vlc.dude phone video player is better then mx player try to play your video in phone video player....
