There is noo marshmallow update for SM A800I model.....only for SM A800F.....wth

Samsung is an android phone.. you cant able to update for the os .. its only for iphone.. ios upgrading..
if you want.. format your phone and install another os.. which marshmallows.

Judah , 17 Jun 2016I have been using Vodafone and bought new Samsung a8 , call goes I can't talk and end all my b... moreyes call drop problem since last 1 month. I am using vodafone on A8 since Feb nvr faced such issue earlier.
Its Vodafone with 4G testing at fault and not A8. my sim slot 2 has Airtel which is working all good. if its hardware how come AirTel wrking gud?
Vodafone is simple stealing our money with worst service.

When i contacted customer care they told some 4G network maintanence is going on. That's why issues. Now i dont have any issue with network or call quality.
Dont simply blame your phone guys. If u are in india, network will be always an issue.

Since security update last month screen grid in A8 has disappeared. Please help on how to get it back. Also request to Samsung for Marshmallow update.

Using Galaxy A8 near a year.
Last One month , Call drop is becoming horrible. Every min. / sec. calling or receiving..line is disconnecting. Service Centre saying may be a hardware issue.They format the ph. they just saying don't update OS by yourself through Ph. update system.
But the problem is still going on.
