dave, 11 Dec 2015how to check if your galaxy a8 comes with a snapdragon or exynos processor? thank you in advanceGo to applications - settings - about phone. In the model row it should show SM-A800F for the exynos 5430 model. If its the snapdragon 615 it should show SM-A800YZ

inguru, 12 Dec 2015Brother go for A8 but if you can hold to 1.5 GB ram in A7 then its ok to for A7The A7 has 2gb of ram. It's the J's that have 1.5gb

im using galaxy A8 2 months ago, it is so good, but today the battery becomes empty, i tried charging it again but it did not work.
i test all connections it is ok.
i tried charging galaxy s4 by the same charger it works.
what to do??

When I approached service centre they told me its outside damage. I told them to show any such evidence on outer screen which he was not able to neither he is ready to give it in writing that its an external damage.
