Hi Faisal,
I must say this is really tough. Last year's flagship G3 is no doubt a power house but let me tell you that go for A8 if you want great battery life along with fingerprint sensor and great looks.
Go for Lg G3 ionly if you want raw power in order to play games and watch videos.

I don't know it is because of touch wiz, or the processor performance, the real life usage of Galaxy A8, which installed with various apps, turn on 4G, GPS, the phone has serious lag, even just scrolling up or down in Facebook and chatting apps.
Touchwiz UI is sluggish too. Sometime it get ok, but most time the trasition fron page to page just has much lag.
Feel like it is much slower than a Galaxy S4, even gaming just feel as lag too.
Galaxy Note 4/3 still feel much faster than the A8, even all is already upgraded to Lollipop.

Currently using A8 for 51 days and got no issue. Just now on my 52nd days my WIFI just stop functioning. Also the fone is heating abnormally and the battery drain fast now in a span of 2hours on just a standby mode battery drain 35%.
Anyone can help or give advise about my concern...Thanks....

Bought this phone just 3 weeks back...everything is going great...I am just hooked up for its camera quality...rear one being 16 MP does give me blur when magnified image a litte...not giving me the expected quality of the clicked pics

I am using the galaxy a8 exynos version , on all literatures available everywhere it is mentioned that the phone is dual sim DUAL STANDBY .. but the phone is actually dual sim DUAL ACTIVE .. Which is great :) . Thanks

Saifu, the note 4 is a monster in specs.. if you care about power go with note 4 if you care about design go with A8.
