Using A8 since last couple of weeks and must say thay i am surprised to see how much improvment Sammy has brought to its Mid range phones keeping in view that i am a very heavy user of mobile phone and utilize it not only as media device but also for using emails and social media...
**Yes thats true there is no hanging what so ever while using this device user experience is smooth.
**Display is very nice with bright and vivid colors.to be honest i was not expecting these results but its full HD at 386ppi and super Amoled technology can reproduces very good results.
**Using two sims and works perfectly well..
**Good decent results for both cameras..
**Finger print sensor is smooth in operation and unlocks phone with single touch..
**Battery life is decent and with my usage it last almost a day.
** Build quality is very good and really like the slim profile(5.9mm)...
**Themes are available and gives device totally new feel and look.
**Call quality is superb
**
Overall its a good device and i can reccomend this to others who are looking for a decent device in this price range.

Samsung Galaxy A8 Or Xperia M5 Dual
Have been using galaxy a8 exynos version for a month now . The performance has been nothing short of great . No lags , all games in the Google play store can be played with little to no lag .. Battery performance has been amazing ... getting 5 to 5.5 hrs of screen on time with 24 hrs usage with dual sim and 3g/wifi always on. Camera is great for the most part however video recording at best can only be termed OK with 1080p at 30fps.
Even though this one has just 2gb ram never faced any issue with apps crashing etc .... however ram management is too extra aggressive ( as with galaxy s6 and note 5 ) ... it just doesn't like to keep apps running in the background.
However if u r in a place where u get the snapdragon 615 soc instead of the exynos one ... Pls check before you buy it coz sd 615 does heat up a lot and adreno 405 is not the best gpu for gaming.
