Hello, My Brand new A80 fell from hand and now it's display is black. Actually when it's fall down 40% of bottom screen vanishes. I knock it with my finger then display vanishes completely. Some time a green line was coming on right side only but now it's completely black. I can feel vibration when I press and hold power bottom. Can any one tell me what I had done ? Is it repairable ???
Please I need help.

Indre, 08 Apr 2020I would not recommend it. The speaker is crap! Also no idea why , but it often dials or puts o... moreTotally agree, got the a80 because the speaker on my previous phone was knackered, this one is even worse. The only thing I like is the ability to take good quality selfies tbh.

its a total waste of money. its been 10months since i bought this. And I visit the center most of the time.
first problem was the camera got stuck( thank god my files were safe)
next the charging port(i felt really bad all of the sudden all the memorable photos were deleted and i got no way to save it since the phone as shut.
and now it just turn off suddenly. the battery was full.
my warranty is about to end this july.
And i dont suggest to you guys to buy this model.

after the one ui2 update the fingerprint becomes more useful i don't have any problem and the new gesture it's look good for now

Samsung is top grade stylish smart phone . You feal diffrent because using worlds first moveble camera phone .
A80 is a great quality phone . Fast charging , good earphone and come with a cover.

i upgrade to android 10 and the wi-fi connection get worse,sometimes i got no internet ,i need to turn off and then on again to get dates from wi-fi , after that the android 10 is great, it comes with some stuff.About the phone after 5 months it still work like new.

my a80 still not recieved the update still November 1 security patch the fingerprint still worst and the speaker for calling is bad waist of money do not buy this phone just check others comments its bad experience

Anonymous, 19 Apr 2020Is this Samsung A80 better or worse than the Samsung A51. If somebody can tell which is better... morego for a51 my a80 still have November 1 security update and have worst fingerprint sensor i mean worst it work 4 out of 10 and the battery is way far...

adisptr, 21 Apr 2020in depend what u want... a80 and a71 is simillar because i'm using samsung a71 as my secondary... morecameras is not similar
