Sad guy, 16 Oct 2015But... why this has only 5.5 screen??????? A8 has 5.7 screen so A9 should have 5.7 or more....Because A7 already have 5.5" display. They just want to make A7 with A8-like spec. Probably come with fingerprint sensor and stuff.

The reason why companies do this is becau... moreThe reason - or rather the excuse - is the metallic unibody construction that noone this day and age with moon rockets and gene splicing can figure out how to accommodate a user replaceable battery. Because they would rather sell replacement phones than batteries when the battery wears out.

The Samsung Galaxy A9 is the better than A8 because the processor of Galaxy A9 is 1.8 Ghz Cortex A72 whose almost the 35% faster than Cortex A57 in Galaxy A8. Galaxy A9 3GB ram is very nice for performance and the price Of the Galaxy A9 is almost 35-36k. So the Samsung Galaxy A9 is better than Galaxy A8.

The reason why companies do this is because people use OEM batteries and some of them are really unsafe and burst or catch fire etc. This creates a bad name for the mobile manufacturer. So they now force you to go to an authorised service center to get it replaced with a recommended battery.

For a non gamer the rumored specs of the A9 look the closets to ideal yet. Camera OIS is missing tho. So is wireless charging. Notification LED? Replaceability of worn down battery by user is gone for good on almost all smartphones - its in the way for purchase of a new phone.
