1) Dual Core - Not just cause its dual core by name, but dual cores help save a battery juice
2) More RAM - 768 vs 512
3) Expandable Storage.
The only things is no one for sure knows if this is going to get ICS update, there are bits and pieces, but no such confirmed update from samsung.
