This phone HAS zoom, you just have to set it to take the pictures in a lower resolution than 5 mp and then you'll have it. It also has loudspeaker, just look on the back, it's a no brainer.

Really wonder why as it is a pretty basic feature. Next step no loudspeaker ?

its better to buy nokia 701 have a gud comparison for this price tag. 701- 1.3ghz processer , 8gb inbuilt , 512ram , 1gb rom , 8mp cam , secondary cam , dolby surrnd sound , quite improved os - belle fp1,battery long for 1.5 day...just try it then say any comments

I too could not find out how to zoom. "Hardware Info" app gives "Zoom = 0 " & "Zoom supported : False". There are camera apps on the market that you could use which have zoom effect. I did try one and it was ok however the resulting pic was a little off to where I was actually pointing. Even if the phones camera app did have zoom it would only be digital zoom and the higher you go the worse the result.

Very good midrange phone. Way smoother in operation than the laggy Galaxy Ace 1.
