We wait to see how this goes under review because Samsung's last review I read of a phone with a tft screen was pretty poor.

after I checked the prices in other countries, it turned out that s1 costs a bit more in some countries than ACE2
but in my country (KSA) the pre order price of ace2 is a little bit more expensive than S1
but, I guess my argument is still valid coz the little price difference doesn't justify all compensations you'd make if you get the ACE2

I wonder why do many people buy these budget phones instead of buying old flagships models
e.g. the original galaxy S (still available in most countries,I guess)costs less than this phone and gives you a larger and much better amoled screen and 1ghzprocessor withpower VR gpu instead of this generic 800mhz one,ok I am aware it isn't dual core but you must know that the old hummingbird processor in S1 tweaked by intrinsity to outperform all cortex A8 SoCs.so it wont be a big difference moreover given the low res screen and the limited amount of ram in this ACE2 you will really enjoy s1 much more than this coz 99% of apps and games in the market work well on it and it has lots of custom roms (including ICS ones) unlike this crappy ace2 .
there is also alot of other better alternatives if you don't care about the OS ,Nokia N8 and Nokia C7(701)gives you absolutely best value for money beside their great built quality and durability (unlike the recycled 3rd grade plastic used in most of galaxies)

Even the difference between galaxy s2 and galaxy y are processor, memory and screen only. So as per your opinion, everyone should go for the galaxy y instead of s2.

Anonymous, 09 Mar 2012I seriously dont think it will be any less than 20-22k in India. Dual core plus a good display.If the price is above 15K, I would say better go for other phone. This is not work more than 15K. We get similar config on Samsung Y for 7K. Just Processor, Memory and screen differs.
