After the upgrade from Android 2.3 to 4.1, it feels slower openng apps or phonebook, but using Novalauncher fixes that.

Im from MNL, Philippines, after updating to Jelly Bean 4.1.2, the first minutes while using I have already experienced lags, minor lags and major lags that is too long to respond after a single tap. After a day, it became worst, the phone freezes to the point I need to remove the battery to turn it off.
