Ok, well there are two possibilities.
1, make sure the phone service your under can support your phone. Samsung are usually a GSM receiving network.
2. other thing is, Samsung is not good at mobile phone quality. They look very nice, but in China I seen so many people change them as they malfunction. I know they make very good tvs and microwaves but they follow sony ericsson the same on poor phone life span quality.
3. I think for anyone to know how Nokia has had a very good history in their phone quality and now they belong to Microsoft. I would really go with a phone that has been proven to work effectively and also choose a phone that works with a phone companys network. Check the specs of the device your interested by viewing gsmarena.com or ask the dealer for its full tech specs.
4. For me still to this day I use Motorola and Nokia phones. Apple has also done well in their iphones that can also be another option. Knowing apple makes things that last.

i can't call home w my ace 2 , whenever i dialed the number , it will immediately call ended. it happens the same when i called another house number which called before but this doesn't happen when i called a house number which was not called before.

Anonymous, 01 Aug 2015How i can update to jelly bean...?Install Samsung Kies with phone disconnected, after Kies is installed, connect the phone to computer, enter in Samsung Kies and it will ask you, if you want to update to latest version, Click Yes, or Update.
