facetime is for iphones only... but you can download an app that will let you do just the same thing - only the other person has to have an android as well

I don't use battery saver and RAM optimizer.
For battery depends on the usage of smartphone, how frequently, many factors affect it. Although you install it, but you use your device a lot, it will drain too. While RAM, Galaxy Ace 2 has preloaded Task Manager, I usually use this to clear RAM.
