Upon checking, the latest Android version of this phone is Gingerbread(Android 2.3.6). We regret that we do not have information yet from the Regional Headquarters as to when this will be upgraded to a higher version but once it is out, you may update your device through Firmware Over the Air or Samsung Kies. You may also ask assistance from our technicians at the service center or upgrade it via our Smart Tool kits located in some malls like SM Manila, MOA, SM Megamall and SM North Edsa. I update my device using the above turorial and my installed app still availebla, but I don't know about Arabic language.

I asked them again 6 hours ago and they still didn't accept the Jelly Bean information.

Anonymous, 02 Apr 2013April fool.,i checked my ace 2. Still no update available.. samsung sucks why Samsung sucks? if your country not gettin the official updates from Sammy, you can also flashing your Ace 2 with the official JB updates from the others countries. Use your brain. lol
