The GSM does not support Data. only Voice and SMS is available for GSM. whereas Voice, SMS and Data are available for CDMA

I bought this handset 7 days before. It impresed me but missing led flash and Internet on gsm. Samsung will think about in futue product.

No GPRS / EDGE / 3G for GSM. Data access is restricted for CDMA only

Every thing good but lack of front camera and video calling.

data network is getting activated automatically when ever we are out of wifi area, if you deactivate it thru network settings it is getting activated automatically, which in turn is consuming lots of data, please someone guide me how it deactivate it permanently or conditonally when ever is required we can control it

In this phone interenet works only on CDMA card, for which heavy internet charges we have to pay. Also note there is no any information on broucher. Now a days internet charges are very less on GSM card. I suggest do not buy this phone those who wants to surf internet.

its a waste of money dont buy this fone..the only advantage ace duos has that it has 16million colours resolution, apart from that no other big advantage..internal memory is not known even on samsung website about the fone..no flash..internet on cdma slot only..no info on upgradation to icecrm sandwch..lg net dual sim and micromax a78 are better fones even galaxy pro duos is a better option..

Spending almost 17k on phone with no flash ,3G GSM, is wastage of precious money, what had happened to samsung,;
company must sell it on 8k or 9k to get through the stock. And must not manufacture the new stock.

this is most worse phone in dual sim, internet option in CDMA E-VDO only means no normal internet and evdo is costly affair in internet in india. Particularly if you are having tata indicom customer then get ready for a big hole in your pocket. Tata indicom thinks that they are providing a life saving drug instead of an internet connection. it is Rs.2/ per MB with lot of other charges. so internet on this phone on indicom evdo connection is an horrible experience.
