ICS 4.0 is available in india as well. in samsung Galaxy ace duos....visit any nearest samsung store...!!!

SIM 2 ... moreMy friend I do not understand your question clearly but no matter what you do your internet service will not switch Sims unless you switch it from settings> Sim card manager> select Sim for data services.
And you're service provider does not charge particularly for this.

If SIM 1 is internet linked, and SIM 2 is
just PHONE line, can it go to internet with
SIM 2 selection ? Also, whatever internet
access fee will be charged to SIM 1 account
automatically ? Please clarify. Thanks.

please do not buy ave duos it take such long time to load even angry bird game and it will get stuck and sometimes that phhone will say emergency calls only and therefore it is one of the worst andriod mobile
