I recently found a Mobo video player in Android Market that is rated well for all format. Can I install that in Ace, which only got a mediocre native player?
I also read rumour that the 2.3 upgrade brings video recording up to VGA at 30 fps. Anyone can confirm this?
Thanks a lot. I am looking forward to get this as my first smartphone. LOL.

Solution is remove some of your widgets from the homescreen, and if you have buddymessenger or any social networking app, EXIT from them, coz they run in the background even if you are not using them.
Also, if internal memory dips to only 10mb FREE / available, then you might have slow down. Delete apps you dont need from internal memory, to correct this.

I bought one a month ago and it started dying as soon as I placed the sim card in. When it dies, it would not be possible to turn it back on without removing the battery and putting it back in. I had it replaced a few days later. The new one seemed OK for 2 weeks, then the same problem started to occur. When it dies there is no specific reason like low battery or anything else. It just dies and it is very annoying!!!
how long does it take before the battery runs out? cause i need a phone that has long battery life since i am always out. is it true that the battery won't last a day? HELP PLEASE.
RudolphL, 12 May 2011Does this phone have RAM?? Please Reply. It's not scratch Resistant :(It has a 280 MB of RAM with a task manger for efficient management of processes.

Buratus, 13 May 2011Yes, you can save the downloaded applications to sd card. The sd card is actually the default... morei facing some problem here... some of the applications, games, etc will automatically save into internal storage instead of memory card and i'd tried to move these applications and games to memory card, but failed to do that. pls help to solve it. appreciate your help...
meanwhile, anybody know how to create a folder (arrange applications and games accordingly) in the home page for samsung galaxy ace?
