i install a game.when i open it mobile autometicaly switch off also on automtically. Then again i open this game again phone switch off and on....but it only show samsung logo.....where is all software? how can i find? help...

I recently rooted my Samsung Galaxy Ace GT S5830i and ROM flashed with Kitkat but my device was not recognizing the sim and was displaying a message Emergency calls only. Do you have any comments or solutions on this. The reason for rooting is because it displays low internal storage.

just turn off your phone and remove your memory card.put it in your pc and scan it and then (without the memory card) reboot your phone.if virus is detected remove it if their is any thing i can do for galaxy ace-i users just tell me

but their is just 1 real 4.0.x for the galaxy ace-i

1. Turn your phone off
2. press power botton, home botton and volume up boton together red text will open and in this way u will see
3. factory reset option enjoy

try to reset your phone by going setting>>Privacy>>reset Your phone option under all.. you remove your samsung account by going sync and account and then going to samsung account by your name and after open it you remove ur's account.after remove account u go the same setting and whatever describe on above.
