a high resolution cam worth a 150 usd and a brand new samsung with good specifications worth 250 usd ,price should be max 400 usd ..that's fair

You guys have awful English you know that right?
This 'phone' is clearly not a phone at all. It'll have a data connection so you can upload photos and such, but it is no phone.
I'd rather use this over any camera phone, as, basically, all camera phones are shit. Although for this price I think I'd rather get a cheap DSLR.
