The problem with this phone is the network, it loses network now and then without you noticing and to gain it you should restart it or switch it off and on again, During this period it is likely to over head and drain the battery. It will also freeze or hang when calling and any incoming or outgoing call is neither recorded nor does it go through. Any ideas or remedial measures?

Press the power key first, and then Very quickly after that, as fast as you can, press the home button. it works for me. hope this helped..
