I have almost one and half year using this phone, my problem with this phone is the network, it loses network now and then without you noticing and to gain it you should restart it or switch it off and on again, i did call my service provider thinking that maybe the problem is with the simcard but it is not, please help

its very simple to update version 4.1.2 go to setting than go about phone & software update don't mark via wifi if you are using through mobile internet than its update automatically.
